Our client, a leading software solutions company, is currently seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Develop growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4) Promote company's products and services
5) Prepare sales contracts
6) Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
7) Provide feedback and after-sales support
8) Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
9) Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
10) Perform other duties assigned by management

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the software solutions industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in business development management
