We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the software industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Development and Operations Solutions Engineer to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Develop software solutions by studying information needs, studying systems flow, investigating problem areas, following the software development life cycle
2) Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definitions, requirements, solution developments and proposed solutions
3) Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
4) Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications and standards and programming
5) Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
6) Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues
7) Accomplish engineering and organizational missions by completing related results, as needed
8) Advise, coach and educate software engineers
9) Update job knowledge by studying the company’s state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques
10) Perform other duties as assigned

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the software industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in solutions engineering
