Our client, a leading computer software company, is currently seeking an accomplished Account Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Prepare and lead sales presentations to decision-making audiences
2) Scope and create action plans through business needs analysis
3) Lead presentations and leverage existing technical and executive resources for demonstrations and proof of concept evaluations
4) Provide rapid response account support and transparency to the subscription sales process
5) Develop and manage customer relationships
6) Negotiate contract renewals
7) Respond to customer requests to solve business problems
8) Meet new business objectives within the existing customer accounts
9) Collaborate with partners and customers to develop products and to grow revenues
10) Perform other duties as assigned

1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
2) Recent experience in the computer software industry is strongly preferred
3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in account management
