Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment, development, and retention of staff with similar domain expertise in the management consulting competency areas
- Leverage knowledge of business and customer needs, trends and practices to develop and execute company strategy
- Focus department resources and people to support strategy, sustaining a collaborative, dynamic organization
- Balance resources to meet shareholder, employee, and client expectations
- Ensure the effective and efficient implementation of services for customers
- Define and optimize product development and engagement management processes
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the team in the organization
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget
- Provide executive project oversight and client communication
- Enhance the operational efficiencies around the development and delivery of services offerings
- Hire world-class talent and manage performance to ensure career growth opportunities

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT/Science (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience of managing a consulting services team in a software company
- Ability to effectively demonstrate the behaviors associated with company values and able to influence others
- Knowledge of account and customer relationship management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Strong level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Good knowledge and understanding of the sales process, sales administration and corporate policy
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, time management and written communication skills
