Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT/Science (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience of managing a consulting services team in a software company
- Ability to effectively demonstrate the behaviors associated with company values and able to influence others
- Knowledge of account and customer relationship management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Strong level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Good knowledge and understanding of the sales process, sales administration and corporate policy
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, time management and written communication skills
