Our client, incorporated in 1995, is a diversified developer of business software and the foremost provider of information technology products, services and solutions for industries. It offers e-learning solutions, payroll solutions, institute management software, inventory management software, automobile service station software and online hospital management software. Due to growth, the company is looking for a VP of Business Development to help expand their non-direct revenue stream. Job Responsibilities: 1) Uncover new business leads and develop new business relationships to position company, with a preferred advantage 2) Prepare costs and proposals for proactive and reactive opportunities 3) Prepare and lead new business presentations with client service 4) Update new business presentations to keep pace with growing product portfolio information and competitive challenges 5) Identify, develop and negotiate strategic business development relationships to enter new markets and grow revenue, product adoption and brand preference 6) Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key partners 7) Analyze the financial impact of potential partnerships and structure terms that mitigate risk and optimize revenue and profit 8) Enhance client communication, marketing and retention strategy and processes 9) Maintain team billability and productivity requirements along with monitoring account profitability Job Requirements: 1) Master's degree in Business Administration 2) Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in software industry 3) Highly organized with the ability to multi-task 4) Possess versatile, flexible attitude and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm 5) Well-developed negotiation, project and account management skills 6) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills 7) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form
