- Engage directly with line of business leaders to advance strategic projects while anticipating potential interests in and sensitivities to possible outcomes
- Identify acquisition candidates and develop strategic relationships
- Manage overall planning and management of company mission, goals and priorities
- Perform and oversee industry research to highlight underlying category trends and competitive dynamics
- Generate a business plan, capital and operating budget, operational and strategic planning and information management systems
- Develop tangible financial and operational targets and objectives
- Define and monitor targets for both sales and recruiting teams
- Create, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts, performance metrics, and meet or exceed profit and revenue expectations
- Communicate strategic priorities and findings to senior management
- Provide competitive statistics and on-going analysis
- Identify and recruit exceptional talent to grow the company and develop existing employee skills to support the needs of the company
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience
- Proven experience in collaborative decision making, managing of financial resources, critical thinking and complex problem solving
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Strong business leadership, operational excellence, result orientation and entrepreneurial drive skills
- Superb energetic, forward-thinking and creative personality with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
