1) Create a strategic plan that solidifies the vision of the leadership team
2) Collect market information from various sources and create/maintain the market vision required for strategic planning
3) Implement a common process and perform/manage competition analysis and portfolio mapping across the company product lines
4) Monitor, analyze and manage in-depth marketing information including segmentation analysis, platform viability analysis and order health
5) Perform and manage robust and in-depth competition analysis and portfolio mapping in support of business growth strategies
6) Prepare reports and other business information to enhance internal business awareness and intelligence
7) Develop business strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets, by understanding market requirements, company objectives and solution capabilities
8) Manage assigned accounts by building strong relationships with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their requirements and long-term goals
9) Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of problems
10) Initiate and enhance customer contact and implementing 'growth resources' that leads to business improvement
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA a plus)
2) 4 – 5 years of experience in high-technology or sales and/or business development
3) Ability to lead an organization through change and growth in an increasingly competitive environment
4) Ability to think outside the box and to provide innovative solutions
5) Proven knowledge in the sales cycle and business development
6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7) Good project management and leadership skills
