Our client is a provider of data management software applications and related services. More than 250+ dedicated officers and executives lead a team of professionals to deliver high-level customer support and services. Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow current revenue for assigned existing programs
- Relate the customer business requirements to team members and management
- Conduct sales presentations for customers and related partners
- Build and manage a sustained pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Achieve client satisfaction to agreed levels and strive to outperform competitors
- Lead negotiations with client to ensure that business/contractual relationships are developed and sustained and that all engagements-business remains profitable
- Develop personal knowledge of company business priorities, market focus and competitive strategy
- Maintain and develop existing/new customers through planned individual account support, and liaise with internal staff
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new, profitable commercial and industrial business over an established monthly revenue amount
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and follow up with key decision makers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or associate degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of business experience (Software Sales a plus)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure, remain focused and calm in the face of distractions and effectively adapt to new or changing situations
- Proficient written, verbal communication and listening skills
- Excellent customer service skills and computer skills
