1) Implement sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace
2) Sustain new business initiatives including pitch development and presentations
3) Develop and grow customer relationships
4) Maintain and penetrate current customer base, along with identifying and converting prospective customers
5) Conduct full-line selling to achieve revenue and profitability goals
6) Build demand creation, sell, delivery and ongoing support plan based on comprehensive understanding of the customer and the industry the customer operates in
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Sales-Engineering/Sales & Marketing or equivalent
2) Minimum 2 years of management experience
3) Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining staff
4) Strong time-management experience with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
5) Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment independently
6) Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
