A well-established software corporation seeks a Chief Operations Officer (COO), who will work with the existing Founder/CEO to provide comprehensive leadership, strategic vision, operating management and market representation for the firm. The COO will be responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the company and maximization of value. He/she will understand how to manage a Balance Sheet and will be a well rounded and experienced software sales professional focused on evaluating, enhancing and executing the company’s strategic plan. The candidate will be a principal thought leader in helping roll out solutions and securing multiple high-end customers.
