Award-winning fast-growing software technology provider firm seeks a COO to take primary responsibility for Operations of the firm. The COO will be responsible for the creation of management systems and controls, and supporting the President in formulating organizational policies. This person will work closely with the President of the firm and be directly responsible for the Finance Director, Director of Administration and Human Resources and the IT Manager. Ensures that annual budgets are created for all areas of the firm and negotiate all leases.
