Our client is a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on investing in management buyouts of business – business services, consumer services and consumer products companies. This position involves an initial acquisition search phase in which the executive will work with the company to develop a business plan and identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities in a targeted industry, conduct necessary due diligence on the acquisition target and then following the closing of an acquisition.
