Responsibilities:
We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the software industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Senior Sales Associate to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Establish relationships, classify cross-selling opportunities, schedule and conduct customer visits and gather related documents
2) Manage solutions, cross-selling products and consulting services
3) Promote company's solutions through specialized associations, trade shows, networking and other communal relations opportunities
4) Suggest ways to improve sales
5) Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
6) Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
7) Build productive relationships with customers
8) Handle returns of merchandise
9) Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
10) Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the software industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales
