Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading software company, is currently seeking an accomplished Junior Development and Operations Engineer to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results
2) Investigate complaints and suggestions, interview process supervisors and operators and troubleshoot procedures
3) Identify operational priorities by assessing operational objectives and determining project objectives
4) Develop operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating and screening alternative solutions, calculating economics and determining the impact on total systems
5) Anticipate operational problems by studying operating targets, modes of operations and unit limitations
6) Improve operational quality results by studying, evaluating and recommending process re-design, implementing changes and contributing information
7) Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
8) Provide operational management information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends
9) Accomplish engineering and organizational missions by completing related results, as needed
10) Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
2) Recent experience in the software industry is strongly preferred
3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in development and operations engineering
