Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading software company, is currently seeking an accomplished Human Resources Generalist to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Recruit staff for the organization
2) Contribute to space planning
3) Conduct initial screening and coordinate the interview process with the Hiring Manager
4) Oversee personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel
5) Implement the on-boarding process
6) Introduce new employees to the company through an in-depth orientation process
7) Administer compensation program, maintain job descriptions, complete termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews
8) Administer company's random drug screening and background checks
9) Consult supervisors and managers regarding employee turnover, absenteeism, motivation and recognition and disciplinary actions
10) Administer all company benefit policies
11) Develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities
12) Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports
13) Ensure that the company complies with federal and state laws and regulations

Requirements:
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the software industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in human resources
