We are currently seeking a Director of Sales to join our existing sales team. As the Director of sales you would be responsible for generating revenues from the sales of USC’s portfolio of User Experience Testing offerings. Currently USC has over 25 different methodologies you would be able to choose from to meet a clients specific needs. The Director of Sales is also responsible for meeting Sales revenue commitments from within their assigned territory and assigned accounts. The primary measure of success is to maintain profitable margins while meeting or exceeding assigned revenue objectives on a quarterly and annual basis. The secondary measure of success is to manage existing client relationships and grow new relationships (new business) within the assigned territory. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for generating, developing, and closing revenue with new and existing customers • Territory Management • Forecasting • Reporting and managing • Administration and Account management Key Relationships: • Direct report to the President • Works closely with CFO, CEO, Operations Team at all levels Key Abilities/Attributes: • A minimum of four years application software, consulting services and/or ASP direct sales experience • Excellent phone, email, and written skills • Comfortable conducting presentations • Extremely well-organized and capable of managing a large number of opportunities at all times • Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business • Experience in selling both licenses and services • Proven ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment • 4-year degree preferred, but not required About Usability Sciences: Since 1988, Usability Sciences continues to be the leading user experience solutions provider. http://www.usabilitysciences.com/about-us/ Who We Are: USC was built around a set of core beliefs and values.
