Responsibilities:
We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the software industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Business Development Representative to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Call new and existing clients to sell software solutions
2) Identify opportunities, conduct product presentations and close sales to deliver results within the stated objectives
3) Develop a new business funnel
4) Manage sales funnel and the progress made against quota
5) Ensure pipeline is at a multiple revenue target level and forecasting accuracy is within an acceptable range
6) Prepare well written professional business proposals and price quotes
7) Work with the Technology Department to cross-pollinate sales opportunities with groups
8) Track the results of all sales and sales methodology activities in the CRM tool
9) Work with cross-functional teams and personnel at varying levels
10) Develop solution proposals by overseeing into all the aspects of business applications

Requirements:
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the software industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in business development
